White Ruby Punch is our rendition of the traditional Ruby Punch - the first cocktail on record made with Arrack, the national spirit of Sri Lanka.
To prepare the punch, we cold brew Silver needle white tea for 24 hours with the addition of Jasmine flowers to create a fresh and crisp floral flavour.
We then blend this tea with Ceylon Arrack, dry white port and a fairtrade kumquat liquor.
This punch is ideal as an aperitif before your meal or alongside it.
